Entrance Requirements:

CNA

  1. $425.00 due upon registration (balance due end of second week)
  2. A valid state issued photo identification
  3. An official Social Security Card
  4. Negative PPD or Chest X-ray
  5. 17 years of age or older
  6. Criminal Background Check
  7. Navy Blue Scrubs, White Lab Coat, White Non-Skid Shoes

CCMA/PCT/EKG/Phlebotomy Technician

Applicants seeking admission to the *CCMA, PCT, EKG and or Phlebotomy Technician program must submit official records verifying the completion before the application can be processed:

  1. $500.00 due upon registration (balance due end of second week)
  2. *Current Georgia Nurse Aide Certification (Except for CCMA)
  3. A standard high school diploma from an accredited high school;
  4. GED (General Education Diploma), with the official test results;
  5. A signed affidavit submitted by the parent or legal guardian of a home schooled student attesting that the student has completed a home education program pursuant to the requirements of Georgia;
  6. A valid state issued photo identification
  7. An official Social Security card
  8. Criminal Background Check
  9. Negative PPD or Chest X-ray
  10. 18 years of age or older
  11. Navy Blue Scrubs, White Lab Coat, White Non-Skid Shoes
